20080310179 | CUPS bounty closing, new applicant?

The CUPS bounty will close within three days if there is no new applicant (apply here). Unfortunately, the developer has missed two (self-proposed) deadlines, and I've been unable to contact him.

If there isn't a new applicant, I'll ask the contributors if they'd like a refund, or if they'd like to distribute their contributions to either the (Macbook or Bluetooth bounties).
