Strictly interpreted, if someone asks the question "why not Linux", they're asking why not contribute to the Linux kernel (the same one used by *all* distros). Either way, the question is like asking a proud coin collector "why not stamps?" It's an obnoxious question on its face. |

My personal problem with Linux comes down to trouble shooting issues. Most of the time there's complicated command line fixes and god knows if your fix for your distro will work on other distros that your friends/family/corporation might have. A huge headache for network admins. |
