I haven't checked yet, but is /boot/common added to the path by default in Haiku? i.e will typing in a command from terminal execute the binaries in /boot/common/bin? I see, I'll compress it with another format then. Note that these are mostly UNTESTED, so if you run into problems with any of them be sure to let us know and we'll look into it. There might be a few that weren't extracted to /boot/common, I haven't checked over the package you've put together here, hopefully you've caught the few that weren't zipped from to be put into /boot/common. If you spot any let us know and we will fix those up. I think there's 4 or 5 of them in there.
