Things are going pretty well, I got some good work done on it this week. I'm getting sound out of the speaker (finally) but it's still a bit off with the timings and refilling of the buffer. I'm mostly working on the HDA driver right now, so I'm hoping to get some commits in during the next few weeks. If you have not, you may want to, as that would raise the visibility of the problem among the Haiku devs and the possibility that someone may be able to help out.
