I am making this forum post because the people running haikuware.com have locked the Zebuntu news post, blocking me from posting a rebuttal.
@karl said:
The article says that Zebuntu will have support for BeOS/Haiku software, so no, citi is 100%% 'holy' wrong - It has relevance to this website and to the Haiku/BeOS community.
And you believe this claim?
I never made any comment as to whether I believed Zebuntu would succeed or not.
By posting this as a BeOS/Haiku related news, you legitimize the claim made by someone of dubious credibility.
I merely translated a German article into English and posted it on my website.
Exactly. That is what I meant by copy and paste journalism.
Please, don't block a thread just because someone disagrees with you.

'By posting this as a BeOS/Haiku related news, you legitimize the claim made by someone of dubious credibility.'
Please explain how posting this as related news legitimizes the claims of Zebuntu?
I suppose you think the more people read something the more they believe, or like saying if I posted an article that someone invented a perpetual motion machine on a physics website it would legitimize it!
That's absolute nonsense. It's news that I post, and is open to interpretation, but please don't say that I'm legitimizing something just by posting it on my website.
