The Weekly Super Pack is actually a virtual machine. This means that it's a pre-installed and configured version of Haiku.
To use the Super Pack you need to install a version of VMware. We recommend VMware Server or Player because they are both free.
Once you have VMware installed you will need to download the Super Pack and extract it from the rar file. Unpack it using 7zip or another utility that can extract .7z files.
Now that you have all that done, copy the vmx and the vmdk (this is the one downloaded with the Super Pack) files and copy them into a directory of your choice (make sure they are both in the same directory). Now you can open the vmx file with VMware.
If you have any more questions please post them in the forum and someone will give you a hand.
