About Blithe SDK:
Blithe is a localization kit. Click View for the full feature list.

It includes:

- a utility to create dictionaries (a resource file containing a list of strings for the application)
- a shared library to access strings or other resources in the dictionary
- a stub static library to allow the application using Blithe to work independently of the shared library
- a control panel for users to set the prefered language
- a set of common dictionaries which contain commonly used words and phrases, such as New, Open, Close

Blithe will automatically search the appropriate common dictionary for a requested string, so it is unnecessary for the developer to include common dictionary strings in their application dictionaries. Blithe includes the following common dictionaries:

- English
- Latin
- Swedish
- Dutch
- Danish

Note: This kit contains everything that Blithe Utility contains and then some. Blithe Utility provides the language control panel/share library and common dictionaries to end users.
