About FreeCNC:

FreeCNC will be a free implementation of the Command & Conquer Game Engine. It will support original C&C graphics/audio similiar to how FreeCraft supports original WarCraft graphics/audio.

The engine is crossplatform so it runs on BeOS as well as other platforms like Linux, Windows NT and the Mac.
Besides the original games, some of the expansions are supported as well eg. Covert Operations.
A binary for BeOS is available as well as the sourcecode.
