Ac3dec for BeOS is the BeOS port of the ac3 decoder utility

This application is used to play ac3 files or for wave writing.
The sound quality is correct but may not be as good as pro decoders, so it is very ok for playing.

	Variation description: This version is command line only. It can play ac3 files and write wav files from them. Some functions are disabled in comparison with original application. They may come back later. Details about this version: First release - It does minimum but works.
